The privacy lines (read this part)

Never put an individual patient's report, prescription or any identifiable medical data behind a public QR link. Personal health records belong inside your HIS/LIS portal with authentication — the QR may point to the portal's login, not to the file. Public QRs are for public content: departments, instructions, fees, feedback. India's DPDP Act treats health data as sensitive; a leaked report URL is a reportable breach. Generic document QRs (care instructions, rate lists, NABL certificates) are fine — they contain no patient data.

Start with two codes
