What file types can I turn into a QR code?
PDF, Word (doc/docx), Excel (xls/xlsx), PowerPoint (ppt/pptx), images (PNG, JPG, WebP) and text/CSV files, up to 25 MB per file.
Can I replace the PDF without reprinting the QR?

Do people need an app to open the document?
No. Scanning opens the file in the phone's browser. PDFs and images display inline; other formats download so they open in the right app.
Is the document link private?
Files are served over HTTPS from a public link that only people with the QR (or link) can reach. Don't use it for confidential documents — for public menus, brochures and catalogues it's ideal.
